Guide to Listing Your Property on Bookerty

Listing your property on Bookerty is a quick, easy, and user-friendly process for any Host. Follow the steps below to create a comprehensive and appealing presentation of your space:

1. Log in to Bookerty.com

Visit https://platform.bookerty.com and click the Login button at the top of the page.

Log in using your credentials. If you do not have an account, click the “Sign Up” button to create one quickly and easily.

2. Navigate to the “My Properties” Page

Open the navigation menu at the top-right of the screen by clicking on the user icon. Select Profile to manage your personal details and preferences.

From the Profile section, click My Properties, then select List a New Property to start listing your property.

3. Fill in the Basic Property Information

Choose a name that reflects the unique characteristics of your space and create a detailed description highlighting its strengths, such as location, amenities, and aesthetics.

Specify the type of property (Apartment, House, Villa, Hotel, etc.) and fill in details such as the number of beds, guest capacity, and any standout features.

4. Add Photos of Your Property

Upload 5–50 high-resolution photos that showcase your property’s atmosphere and unique details. Include all key rooms and outdoor areas to create a complete and professional image of your space.

5. Property Features and Amenities

Select and accurately list the amenities you offer. Focus on features that enhance guest comfort and satisfaction, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, parking, and more.

Highlight special amenities like a pool, entertainment devices, or luxury features (e.g., spa, gym). Ensure your listing appeals to the right audience by being transparent and comprehensive.

6. Set the Property Location

Enter your property’s address in the search field and use the map to pinpoint its exact location. This ensures guests receive accurate location details, boosting credibility and helping them find you easily.

7. Publish Your Property

Complete all required information, such as the Property Registration Number (AMA), description, amenities, photos, and pricing. Once ready, publish the property to make it visible to guests.

Your property will go live with Bookerty’s official launch in May 2025.

8. Updating and Editing Properties

To update property details, go to the “My Properties” section in your profile. Select the property you want to edit and make changes such as updating photos, amenities, or pricing.
