Bookerty Pricing Policy: Everything You Need to Know

Bookerty implements a fair and transparent commission policy designed to offer competitiveness and flexibility to hosts while maintaining low fees. Our priority is to create a trustworthy and supportive community that operates with transparency and care for all its members.

Standard Bookings:

Apartments and houses:

  • Host Commission: 2% (VAT included)

    • Automatically decreases to 0.1% (VAT included) once the required commission threshold is met, based on the average property price.

  • Commission Thresholds:

    • Up to €120: €145 (VAT included)
    • €121 to €200: €145 (VAT included)
    • Above €201: €560 (VAT included)

  • Discounts for Multiple Properties:

    • 3+ properties: 10% discount
    • 7+ properties: 20% discount

  • Guest Commission: 6% (VAT included)

Hotels:

  • Hotel Commission: 9% (VAT included)

  • Guest Commission: 0%

Offer System

Bookerty offers a transparent pricing policy for the Offer System, catering to the needs of both guests and hosts.

Host Offers:

  • For apartments, villas, etc.: 10% (VAT included)

  • Guest Commission: 0%

Guest Offers:

Bookerty deducts 15% of the difference between the offer price and the standard booking price for the same dates.

Apartments and houses:

  • Host Commission: 0.1% or 2% (VAT included)

  • Guest Commission: 6% (VAT included)

Hotels:

  • Host Commission: 10% (VAT included)

  • Guest Commission: 0%

Auction System

Bookerty offers a clear pricing policy for the Auction System, maximizing revenue for hosts.

Auctions:

A 15% commission is charged to the host on the difference between the standard price and the final auction price if the auction price exceeds the standard price.

Starting Price for Auctions: At least 20% lower than the standard booking price.

Buy-Out Option

Hosts can offer a Buy-Out, allowing guests to purchase the property at a set price, ending the auction immediately.

  • Profit Commission: 15% of the difference between the standard booking price and the Buy-Out price.
