  • Explore & Filter: Easily find auctions by date, location, number of guests, and more. If nothing matches your exact dates, we'll suggest close alternatives that might work for you.

  • Your Booking, Guaranteed: Once you win an auction, the booking is yours—no cancellations allowed. Make sure you're ready to commit!

How It Works for Hosts

  • Set Your Terms: Create an auction for any stay up to 365 days in advance. Auctions can run for 1-30 days, depending on your choice.

  • Flexible Pricing: Start your auction at least 20% below your basic price to attract guests (mandatory). Optionally, set a buy-out price for guests who want to skip the bidding process and book instantly.

  • Free to Use: Each user can use auctions for free as many times as they want!

  • Guaranteed Bookings: If your auction closes with a winning bid, the booking is final, even if the guest doesn’t show up. Your calendar stays updated, and you're covered!

  • Earn More: If your stay sells above the basic price, Bookerty charges only 15% on the extra earnings, plus the standard low host fee.
