This Cookies Policy explains how BOOKERTY I.K.E. (BOOKERTY P.C.), trading as Bookerty, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.bookerty.com, Bookerty applications and the Bookerty Platform.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website or use an online service. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs and device identifiers. They help websites operate, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure performance and, where used, support marketing or analytics.
2. Categories of cookies we use

4. Cookie table
The table below is a practical drafting table based on current implementation information. Because no actual cookie scan is available yet, exact cookie names and durations must be verified before publication. Bookerty must not publish unverified cookie names as final if implementation differs.

5. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Bookerty currently uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website and platform usage, measure traffic and improve performance. Analytics cookies and tags should be configured to respect the cookie banner and user consent choices where required by law.
Analytics data may include technical and usage information such as pages visited, events, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source and interaction data. Bookerty uses this information to improve the Bookerty Platform and marketing effectiveness at an aggregated level.
6. PostHog
Bookerty uses PostHog (PostHog Inc.), with data hosted in the European Union (currently eu.i.posthog.com), as a product analytics, performance measurement, error-tracking and user-experience improvement tool on the Bookerty Platform.
PostHog may use cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage. If you accept non-essential analytics cookies, PostHog may store a persistent identifier on your device and, if you are logged in, link activity to your account (for example user id, email, name, role and language). If you reject non-essential cookies, Bookerty configures PostHog not to use cookies to identify you. Limited anonymous measurement without cookies may continue where the tool supports it.
Data that may be collected include pages visited, clicks on links and buttons, custom product events (for example booking steps), device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, technical errors and performance data.
Bookerty also uses session recording through PostHog to understand how the platform is used and to diagnose technical issues. Input fields are masked, and sensitive form fields (such as email, password, phone, VAT number, IBAN and names) are excluded from automatic capture where this has been configured. Session recording is a similar technology to cookies and follows the cookie banner consent choices.
PostHog is not used as an advertising pixel and is not used for third-party retargeting such as Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel.
Typical PostHog cookies, when consent has been given, have the form ph_<project-token>_posthog and usually last up to about 1 year. Exact names and durations must be verified by a cookie scan before publication.
7. Managing consent
Where required, Bookerty will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies such as analytics or marketing cookies. You should be able to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or cookie settings tool where available.
You can withdraw or change consent at any time through the cookie settings tool where available, by clearing browser cookies or by adjusting browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
8. Browser controls
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Bookerty Platform may not work correctly, especially login, session security, language preferences or booking flows.

9. Changes to this Cookies Policy
Bookerty may update this Cookies Policy when cookies, tags, analytics tools, marketing tools, payment tools or platform functionality change. PostHog product analytics and session recording are already in use and are described in this policy. If Bookerty adds Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or other advertising pixels, this policy and the consent banner must be updated before or at the time those tools are activated.
